What a Lack of Sleep Can Do to You

80 percent of the cases of moderate and severe obstructive sleep apnea are undiagnosed - 22 million Americans suffer from sleep apnea and you may be one of them.

Although sleep apnea can occur during any stage of sleep, it usually occurs during the deepest stages of sleep.

Deep sleep is responsible for helping process the information you encounter each day. Without enough, the brain can’t convert this information to your memory. This is one of the reasons (technology is the other) a lot of  people I speak to mention they have ‘brain fog”.

Not getting enough deep sleep or having sleep apnea can cause:

🛑 Type 2 Diabetes - affects over 28 million Americans
🛑 Asthma - affects over 19 million Americans
