Guys, losing weight can improve your sex life!

Let’s face it, as we get older, the road narrows; we have fewer choices if we want to live a healthy life AND sex is a physical pursuit, so the more limber and physically fit we are, the more likely we are actually able to pursue its pleasures.

When it comes to your sex drive, it can be heavily impacted by your body weight. As much as you want deny it, your sexual performance and desire can depend heavily on how you feel about yourself.

Then there’s EDS. As awkward as it may be to discuss, erectile dysfunction is one of the most common chronic conditions that men face in being overweight.

Believe it or not, men who are just thirty pounds overweight are likely to experience ED by two and a half times more than their trimmer counterparts.

Ok, let’s talk solutions!

Making changes to your diet and adding more fruits and veggies can create more satisfying sexual experiences for yourself and guess what there are foods that increase sex drive. Here are some:

✅ Spinach
✅ Dark Chocolate
✅ Peppers
✅ Green Tea
✅ Oysters
✅ Ginger
✅ Pumpkin seeds
✅ Fatty fish
✅ Pistachios, peanuts & walnuts
✅ Garlic
✅ Oats

It’s quite a coincidence that the foods that increase your sex drive are all healthy, isn’t it? And we haven’t even discussed how a regular exercise regimen can help you feel strong powerful in just a few weeks.
