Being a woman in her 50s is awesome, in so many ways, but confusing in others.

Anyone else notice any of these health issues related to hormonal changes?

πŸ›‘ Weight gain
πŸ›‘ Dry skin
πŸ›‘ Hair loss
πŸ›‘ Headaches
πŸ›‘ Hot flashes/night sweats
πŸ›‘ Loss of libido
πŸ›‘ Mood swings
πŸ›‘ Sleep problems

The list goes on …

And guess what?

We need to talk about it. With other women who understand what we’re going through. Because we share many experiencesβ€”and most importantly, we rise by lifting each other.

Sisterhood is the fabric of our existence, the firmness of our being. And amazing things happen when women support each other. The impossible becomes real.

We also need to talk about it because I don’t believe most of us were ever educated on how to age healthfully. I’m out to change that.

I am currently leading a men’s health group; watching them in action makes me super excited to launch the WOMEN’S group in late October. DM me for more details or type TOGETHER below πŸ‘‡ and I will send the information.

Alone we can do little, together we can do so much.
