Do you ever feel like you aren’t qualified to do whatever it is you do?

IT’S CALLED IMPOSTER SYNDROME, AND ALMOST EVERYONE HAS IT AT SOME POINT.

And I would argue it’s a good thing. Hear me out.

It’s not actually about confidence. It’s about always being in process and knowing you can always be better.

It’s showing you an opportunity to learn your craft better.

It also keeps us humble.

Health is deeply personal.

What works for one person may not work for another. Factors such as genetics, environment and lifestyle influence how your body responds to different interventions.

That’s all to say, there is rarely a single "right" answer when it comes to health. It’s a process of growth and learning.

I promise to always be learning. Care to join me in that pledge?

Let’s strive to be humble and imperfect, and acknowledge that the journey itself holds immense value.

Because perfect really is the enemy of good.
