I help busy professionals in all stages of their lives take better care of themselves both physically and mentally. I believe we never learned how to properly fuel & nourish our bodies with enough protein & fiber, exercise to build muscle to fight disease and work on stress management.

In my 12 week program, you will learn how to:
Fuel & Nourish your bodies with real food while concentrating on the most important macronutrients: protein (100 grams) and fiber (20+ grams)
Develop an exercise program designed to build the muscle you need as you age to fight disease and keep the body mobile
Live a life with intention by slowing down and learning how to be present
Sleep for better health
For Women, stay healthy in Menopause
For Men, increasing muscle helps testosterone and sex drive
Develop a better relationship with yourself and with technology
How to be empowered, and not to believe everything you think
