Change Without Sacrifice… Guess What It’s Called?

Here’s what I know:
Year after year, the NUMBER ONE New Year’s Resolution is: Being Healthier, whether that’s eating healthier, exercising more, or losing weight.
People clearly want it and yet, only 9% of people are successful with their resolutions.
Most of the people that fail didn’t keep track of their progress; they weren’t accountable.
So what’s going on?
Even though being healthy is simple, it is not easy. And it does require sacrifice.
Over the years, I have guided many people to live their healthiest lives, physically & mentally.
The ones who are most successful in my program know that comfort and growth cannot coexist.
As much as I wish I could tell people that they won't need to make any changes, that would be a lie.
Not making any changes keeps you exactly where you are.
